Our Newest Development
Glen Lakes Commons will be a 290,000 sf commercial project on 27 acres and located at the new traffic signalized intersection of Glen Lakes Blvd and US19.
The project is at epicenter of Hernando County’s newest growth corridor with over 11,000 new homes proposed within one mile of Glen Lakes Commons.
Plans will include retail, restaurants and is approved for 210 units senior living community and an 80-room hotel.

The following transactions are development projects completed by STK for and on behalf of clients, or as principals.
Eisenhower Park
STK served as fee developer for Eisenhower Park, a 40,000 square foot Class A office space development in the Westshore/Airport area of Tampa. The building houses Mainsail Lodging & Development headquarters and the Southern Regional headquarters for the Girls Scouts.
WalMart Supercenter
STK assembled and negotiated the sale of a 34 acre site on behalf of The Cliffton Groupe, a Canadian investment group, for the development of a 200,000 sf WalMart Supercenter. The development consisted of assembling and acquiring six parcels and the buyout and re-location of City Hall for the City of Port Richey, Florida.
Office Parks
STK has developed over 200,000 sf of smaller office parks for medical and professional office use.

Mainsail Village
STK assembled and coordinated the land acquisition for the complex in Tampa. Development services included pre-development services and land re-zoning of nine parcels to make up the 30 acre campus-like setting. (formerly PWC training center).
