Bob Gómez

President/STK Group and Managing Partner for STK Capital, Inc.

Bob focuses on addressing the needs of clients and/or partners across all sectors – capital solutions, development, and advisory and brokerage services. In addition, as Managing Partner of STK Capital, Bob represents a private source of capital investing in commercial and residential real estate projects in Florida.

Bob began his career in 1981 with CBRE/ Senior Vice President/Retail Properties, and then Cushman & Wakefield/Senior Director/Retail Properties. During those years, Bob completed over 200 commercial real estate transactions valued at nearly $1 Billion. Led by a strong background in site selection, land procurement, entitlement process, and development, Bob delivers comprehensive services for those seeking market experience and strong industry relationships. Always a top producer, Bob earned many top honors during his commercial real estate career. He has enjoyed great success and is highly respected in the commercial real estate community.

Bob attended the University of South Florida and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing ’78. He is also a graduate of the Master’s Level Program in Non-Profit Management at the University of Tampa, 2012.

Bob is a native of Tampa. Bob served eight years of military service with the US Air Force Reserve as a medical corpsman onboard a C-130 assigned to the 37th Aero-Evacuation Group, MacDill AFB and then attended Officer Candidate School while assigned to the 53rd Battalion National Guard Reserve Unit.

Bob’s interests are fishing, world travel, philosophy, and western civilization history.

Seve Gómez

Partner/STK Group

As a Partner in STK Group, Seve will oversee all STK service sectors and serve as Project Manager for the ASPIRE project.

Seve lived and worked in China for ten years – 2006-2016. Of those ten years, six were spent in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors. In 2013 Seve took a position at CJI International Group, a leading Chinese immigration firm specializing in EB5 immigration investment. While at CJI, Seve and his team at US-based AAOF helped raise 55 million dollars in equity from 111 investors. The equity raised helped fund several U.S. commercial real estate projects mainly in the hotel, ALF and multi-family industries.

Seve is a native of Tampa. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a BA in International Affairs and also attended The National Taiwan Normal University in Taipei for Mandarin studies. Seve is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Seve brings a unique set of skills and international experience to the STK Group.
